Terms of Service

Customer Data. You control the documents and information you upload (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal Data Collected. We collect name, email, payment information (via our processor), and non-personal data via cookies.

Retention & Deletion. Unless your agreement says otherwise, originals are retained for up to 365 days by default. You may request deletion; we aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verifiable request.

Third-Party Services. We use reputable service providers for hosting, storage, parsing, payments, analytics, and support. Your data may transit or be stored with these providers solely to deliver the Service and subject to appropriate protections.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during your subscription, in accordance with these Terms and plan limits.

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or to process data you lack rights to use;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service;
• attempt to access others’ data;
• remove or obscure notices or security features;
• resell or white-label the Service without our written consent.

You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents/authorizations to upload Customer Data.

The Service provides automated extraction and analysis of bank statement data. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs and for your underwriting or operational decisions based on the processed data.

Processing Quality Variability: The quality and accuracy of our processing output depends significantly on the information uploaded, given the multitude of bank statement formats and the quality at which these files are uploaded. Processing quality may vary based on:

• File format (original PDFs, scanned documents, images, etc.)
• Document quality (resolution, clarity, legibility)
• Bank statement format and layout variations
• Language and character encoding
• File size and complexity

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the Service will identify all risks, errors, or document tampering. While we strive for high accuracy, processing results may not be 100% accurate due to the inherent challenges of automated document processing across diverse formats and qualities.

User Responsibility: You acknowledge that the Service provides automated analysis and that you should always review and verify the processed data before making any business decisions. The Service is a tool to assist in data extraction and analysis, but final validation and decision-making remain your responsibility.

We own the Service and all related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Indirect Damages. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data.

Liability Cap. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the current active subscription package within which the claim arose. If no active subscription exists at the time of the claim, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the most recent subscription package.

Time Limitation. We assume no liability for any claims arising more than 3 months after the expiration of your last active subscription package. After this period, all liability is excluded.

No Liability After Termination. Upon termination or expiration of any subscription term, we assume no responsibility for any damages, losses, or claims related to the Service or processed data.

These limits apply regardless of theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
